It has been quite challenging to work with this company. They consistently appear too busy to provide necessary documentation, often opting to hand over templates instead. Additionally, our feedback has repeatedly been ignored. We have received inconsistent advice from various representatives, leading to confusion and frustration. Moreover, despite our multiple attempts to cancel our subscription, we continue to be charged.Sam

I have sent dozens of emails trying to cancel my subscription as we hired an external company. Hr assured had me locked in for three years the subscription Automatically rolled over without notice and i was told i was locked in for another year under contract. As a small business we are busy trying to keep our head above water but when you make contact they just give you a ticket and tell you they are a law firm and know what they are doing and you should cancel the payment. I would not recommend.

HRA is an incredible online platform and support for small businesses who do not always have the funding available to employ their own HRA rep. They are informative and responsive to high pressure situations through easy read documents and pre-prepared checklists to provide high quality support and meet legal obligations.We have been using HRA since the end of 2020 and we do not think we will ever use another HR Service.

I really appreciated Judie's advice regarding a difficult situation I had hiring my first employee. Because the job was so unusual and we wanted them to be able to work their own hours, it was incredibly difficult to find their award and how to employ them. Rather than charging me unnecessarily, Judie was frank and honest in recommending I call the Fair Work Ombudsman for free rather than get charged $750 for having a contract written up when what we needed was compliance advice. Not only are HR Assured services more affordable than EmploySure, I felt like they really listened to what I needed and genuinely helped me rather than were out to make a sale that wasn't what I needed. It's really rare quality of service to find and I sincerely appreciate it, can't recommend them higher! ~ Beb
